Muscle movement: You have a muscle called the levator palatini that straightens the tube between the middle ear and your throat.When you burp it triggers that muscle to stretch & it can change the pressure across your ear drum.It would do so more often if the tube is partially blocked & and air moves through it.When it begins to bother you enough, have your ears examined.It may clear or become an ear infection
