Hey i have two areas on both knees that are swollen and bruised, both the same in width, i was kind of worried why they would appear, should i be worr?

It is a little odd..: I presume it is one area on each knee (?), but maybe two on each. In any event, one would first expect some sort of symmetrical trauma (falling on both knees going down at the same time) to account for this. I presume you don't recall this. The most worrisome thing would be a previously undiagnosed bleeding disorder. I think OK to just watch for now, but if more areas develop, needs evaluation.
