I believe so...: Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker used overseas (not in US) with good success for migraine prevention. This category of drug has been used for decades & has a good safety profile for long term use. Propranolol is even safer. There is no reason either should suppress your immune system. If they are working well for headache prevention, the benefit/risk analysis seems in favor of taking them.
