Atrial septal MI: The atrial septum is fed by coronaries,usu the RCA,,can be involved if the parent supplying vessel shuts down usu as part of a larger usu inferior infarctAn echocardiogram is usefoul in assess its motion(paradoxical).Also an ASD can be involved in genesis of am MI due to paradoxical embolism via shunt flow from right ot left.Why does the question arise?
