What factors determine if a myocardial infarction isin the left or right coronary artery?

Heart attack: Whether a plaque ruptures in which artery is probably a function of the mileu in which the artery resides. We presently can't predict which artery will cause an mi among diseased arteries in a given person. At some point in the future we might be able to predict right now.......Hit and miss.

Blockage: If the blockage is in the right then right.If in the left left. Sometimes both and difficult.
