Gas: You may be sensitive to certain spice and should avoid them. Keep a food diary when you get the gas and pain and what you have eaten prior. You can consider simethicone ( Gas-X)and or mylanta( per direction) for gas as well. Irregular bowels/ constipation can cause gas/ pain. Eat fiber rich food like avocados, oats ,barley lentils, strawberries, kale. Drink 2-3 liters/ day .f/U wiht doctor
