Tricky: without an exam, I can only give general information, dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them.and... a localized skin infection like a boil is quite common and not very significant (may go away on its own). Herpes in theory, but those are generally MULTIPLE shallow ulcers and first episde is usually severe. Local irritation can occur w/out infection.

Here are some ...: Without professional inspection and palpation, it's hard to offer an accurate Dx. But, clinically, it could be a cyst of undetermined origins such as sebaceous cyst or a cyst of paraurethral gland (Skene's gland). So, bring the info on when and how it develops and progresses over time to gyn-doc for analysis + exam + possible tests so to deduce possible Dx for offering reasonable care timely.
