Lice?: There are a number of possibilities. Crab lice, ticks, fleas, worms. It's not really common to have bugs in your underwear. You might want to make sure it isn't an infestation of lice. Best wishes!

Not sure: What kind of bugs are they? Are they in dirty underwear that has been sitting about - or are they noted when you take underwear off your body? If you are concerned that they are coming from your body - would recommend medical evaluation for possible parasites.

Let me try to help: Could be fleas if you play with or have a dog or cat, crabs if you were in contact with someone who had them, bed bugs are also a possibility. Go to your doctor and check it out.
