Lead dislocation: Pacemakers generators generally don't move once implanted. The leads however can sometimes move at their contact/attachment to the endocardium. Generally if the leads have been stable for 2-3 weeks, they aren't going to move in the future unless there's some form of traction in the generator pocket such as caused by people 'twiddling' with the generator.

Pacemaker: Yes, the pacemaker leads can detach and displace. The likelihood is very low.

Not usually: Pacemakers are held in place pretty well when they are implanted. If there were massive trauma to the chest wall, it could happen, but it is unlikely during regular daily activities. Thanks for using HealthTap.
