Possibly: Keep them clean, use a topical antibiotic like neosporin or bacitracin over the "holes" until scabbing occurs. DO NOT PICK AT SCABS. If you are going to be in the sun be sure to cover with excellent sunscreen for face - these actions will reduce scarring risk.
