Pimple: I would keep it clean and you can try to dab some antibacterial cream on it - ask in the apoteket about this type of ointment. Pimples in the nose hurt!

Leave it alone: Do not pick at it as you will simply irritate it more. You can try Ibuprofen for any discomfort and call your dr. for an appt in the am, best wishes.

Don'tpick/traumatize: Warm compresses to the area for 20-30 minutes several times a day as possible (can hold a heated washcloth gently against nose - heat will radiate through). Topical antibiotic 4-5 time per day applied gently to the area.

Dermatologist: Hi. Dermatologists have tools just for that purpose, called comedone extractors. It'll take just a second to fix it with the comedian extractor.

Leave it alone: Just leave it alone. Don't try to pick at it or insert anything to scrape it or pop it - it may get infected. If it is bothering you (discomfort), you can try a little lotion to soothe it but no acne medicine inside the nose. It will go away on its own.
