I felt a mild pain in my left armpit and then a tingling sensation started in my stomach and radiates in my left arm and left leg.

Too vague to know: I would just watch it and see what it progresses to. At this point it's completely unclear what it could be, but any pain having it's origin in the abdominal cavity (peritoneum) tends to have a diffuse and non-localized character like you are describing. If you develop fever or if the pain is starting to get severe and localizes in one spot then I would go see a doctor immediately.
