NORMAL: Symptoms during PG vary greatly between individuals. Not having "symptoms" does not mean anything is wrong with the PG.

Variable symptoms.: Not everyone early on experiences pregnancy symptoms and this could be a blessing in disguise to not have morning sickness/nausea. This is not any sign that your pregnancy is unhealthy but you should continue to follow up with your OB/GYN.
