Unprotected?: It sounds like you are concerned re: possible pregnancy. I am not sure what you mean by "pregnancy symptoms" so here we go: at least 1 missed cycle, early A.M. nausea and vomiting, breast pain, fullness/tenderness, weight gain and unprotected sexual intercourse, See a GYN, get examined and tested for pregnancy, get on birth control and have your partner use condoms

Irregular bleeding: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ; hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do a home pregnancy test . There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.
