Are you being: treated for anemia? For a male your age norm for hemoglobin is 13.6 to 17.7 g/dl (mean 15.5 g/dl). Take care.

Low hemoglobin: and chest pain. Though CAD is unlikely in your age but low hemoglobin should be uncommon at your age, You should be worked up for hemolytic or deficiency anemia. Chest pain may need radiologic evaluation
