I am taking vitamin e 400mg daily for fibrosis,,,can i take ibuprofen 400 mg twice daily with it?

No interaction : there is no interaction as far as I am aware of. However I'm uncertain whether it will work for your fibrosis. There are some guidelines that you should not take more than 400 mg a day of vitamin E
