Not exactly: Pulmonary fibrosis, by definition, is scarring of the lungs. Most of the time, the condition is idiopathic - we're idiots because we can't figure out the pathology (the cause of the condition.). Because of this there are no recommendations. So a healthy varied diet, absolutely no smoking, daily exercise to make the best of what you have, and maintaining normal oxygen levels are the way to go.
