No: Any cigaret is not healthy even if you are exercising. Try and get on a smoking cessation program to help you stop smoking as soon as you can. Your LDL cholesterol is also high and needs your attention with a good whole food diet. Keep up the exercise and get in to see you physician to get started on the other therapies. Quit smoking: The main thing unhealthy is the cigarettes. LDL could be lower, but with such a wonderfully high HDL, it is not bad. Cannot change your age or genetics. Already exercising. Not overweight. High HDL counteracts borderline high LDL as a risk factor.

No: quit tobacco. That would be the best thing you could do for yourself to mitigate your risk of heart, vascular and lung disease. Ofcourse, continue your exercise regimen as that is likely helping your HDL. Avoid saturated fats to bring your LDL lower. Additionally, lifetime risk of heart disease depends on family history.
