I would try to avoid: narcotics if you can. Warm shower or massage may help. Acupuncture may be effective. Take care.

I'm getting an IUD replacement tonight, and have severe anxiety about the pain. Is it safe for me to take .5 mg Xanax (alprazolam) and a 5/300 Vicodin at once? I do have prescriptions for both, but have never taken them at the same time.
I took 3 prescription 5/325 Vicodin/day on Th and Fri. Last dose 5:30pm Fri. Had a vodka cocktail Sat 6:30pm. Is acetaminophen poisoning a concern?
