Abdominal pain..: Is he having loss of appetite, vomiting, fever? If so you need to take him to the closest ED to rule out appendicitis. Other possibilities are viral syndrome, constipation, urinary tract infection secondary to constipation, indigestion. Give him plenty of fluids and if he is very sick follow instructions as given before.
