i've had stomach pain, bloating and gas for 3 days now. pain comes in waves, starts at navel and irradiates downwards. very painful. what can it be?

SoundsLikeAVacation: Three days is long enough to wonder why. Would be hard to pin-down exactly the cause, but the symptoms are enough to justify a visit to your friendly local Urgent Care for an exam and possibly a test or two. I'd assume you've been in no mood to eat or drink but keep in mind that fluid loss makes everything feel worse, so at least try frequent small sips of water or diluted Gatorade.
