Any fever: you might need to see a doctor in your area there is higher chance of bacterial infection like strep throat than viral if you have any fever or lumps like a lymoph nodes in your neck might need an antibiotic and for that you need a physician gargle with warm water and salt or fresh squeezed lemon and salt go and see a doctor good luck thank you for using health tap
