I have two bumps on each leg smooth rounded pinkish is it cancer?

Skin bumps: Please see a dermatologist for a skin exam. It is not possible to accurately diagnose a skin cancer without at least seeing it and possibly getting a biopsy. Family history, personal history of sun exposure and some history of how long you have had these bumps, if they changed, bleed or scab, will be helpful.
