Bleeding post tubal: Unclear as to whether your tubes were removed or just "tied", but first get a serum HCG test to make certain you are not pregnant. If negative, the clots produced create strong uterine contractions to force them out, causing severe cramps. Other causes of bleeding are "polyps" in the uterus, etc., so see your gyn provider for an exam and evaluation. Tubes can sometimes "re-open", but rarely.
