Growth: If your pituitary is normal, and you have been going through a normal puberty, then it is likely that your pituitary is making all the GH that your body can use. Eat well, get exercise, get your sleep and your body will reach its maximum potential. That potential is, to some extent, genetic, so don't expect to be too much taller than your parents.
