Difficult question.: The causes of excess sleepiness or fatigue are multiple,and often difficult to determine. Anemia, mono, sleep apnea and thyroid disease are all possibilities. Other possible causes include insomnia and depression. You should contact your family doctor and arrange for a full evaluation.

Problems with sleep: There are many causes of poor sleep such as sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, etc. Medications and various medical and psychiatric problems can also affect sleep or make you feel sleepy. Your doctor can review your symptoms and decide what further diagnosis and treatment might help.

See your doctor...: The complaint is vague and there are a large number of issues that can lead to fatigue. I recommend you see your doctor where a more complete history can be taken and you can have an exam.
