Height: Most of the time your height velocity (how quickly you increase your height) is genetically determined. Girls usually have their biggest growth spurt 2 years before and 2 years after the beginning of their menstrual periods. After that, growth slows down and then stops. Eat healthy foods and exercise regularly, but you really can't change your height.
