Nothing you can take to make you grow faster unless you saw an endocrinologist who determined you were a candidate for growth hormone, but from your age, you might be pass the point, depending on where you are in puberty and if your growth plates fused.

Afraid not may be: So, you are from Syria. I was born there, and I am very sorry about what is happening there. Going back to your question, height is something you inherit from your parents. You can control it a little bit. I ended up being the tallest in my family, and my son now is taller than me. You need to exercise and play sports like basketball. Avoid heavy weight lifting, do a lot of pull ups, hang on the pole, and stretch. Salaam.
