PRL not high: Hi. Your total testosterone is low, but your prolactin (PRL) is not elevated. Your LH and FSH are inappropriately normal for your low testosterone. Did you ever go through a normal puberty, or not? There are many considerations. You need to see an endocrinologist for a full evaluation.

Prolactinoma: Yes,..prolactin greater than 20 in men and non pregnant woman is considered high.pituitary tumor producing prolactin should be considered as one of the diagnoses.. Certain antipsychotic medications also increase prolactin..low thyroid can also elevate prolactin.. I recommend to have u r thyroid levels checked .. Also mri of the pituitary to look at pituitary anatomy.
