Not likely,,: It appears that you have a high prolactin which could be from a tumor in your pituitary blocking Dopamine release or stress or drugs or conditions like chronic renal failure. In XXY syndromes, fsh and lh are high from less ability to produce testosterone, which is low to low normal. So judging from your prolactin test, it would not be productive to get this test as the issue is likely elsewhere.

Check pituitary MRI: Check pituitary MRI if prolactin level is high. Pituitary tumor producing prolactin (or other hormones) can reduce fsh & lh which is necessary to tell testes to produce testosterone. Check out http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/klinefelter_syndrome for info re klinefelt's or XXY which is typically associated w/high fsh & lh. So ask your physician to finish evaluation rather than leave you w/high prolact.
