Since the morning of the 30th my left ear has been blocked. like plugged up i have also had this horrible migraine that goes along with it. ?

Vestibular Migraine: Migraine can cause vertigo, ringing in the ears and muffled hearing. It's likely that if a person is having a bad migraine attack, and notices that hearing is reduced, he or she may be having Otic migraine. If this is so , would expect it to resolve as the headache resolves, in most cases. If hearing loss is only in one ear and persists beyond the headache it may just be wax blocking the ear.
