u don't have migraine as it seems acute sinusitis- no drainage of sinus and so it will get inflamed
one sided pain for one sided maxillary sinusitis is common. more severe blockage in cold can give severe pain .. take STEAM TAKE ANALGESIC OR ANTIBIOTIC AS YOUR E N T ,MD ADVISES
