Let's curbside a doc: Do you mean fertilized egg/zygote transfer into uterus or in vitro fertilization aka ICSI (injecting sperm into egg under microscope)? Totally different. Your best source of info is your Reproductive Endocrinologist, the specialist that is treating you. S/he's got your chart, labs, imaging, etc. If ICSI is the problem, it could be egg or sperm. If implanting is problem, could be other issues also.
