Only a preg test can: It could be early pregnancy bleeding too! you are due for a blood pregnancy test which is the best way to tell. Most women who are not pregnant with ivf have little or no bleeding/cramping symptoms if Progesterone injections are given for 'luteal phase support' after egg retrieval, but vaginal Progesterone supplements can lead to vaginal bleeding or spotting whether pregnant or not.
