Anal sex: This is one way in which STDs and some organisms causing enteritis can be transmitted. There may also have been traumatic damage to the lining of the rectum. Suggest you go and get examined by a GI doctor or a colorectal surgeon. This should clear things up for you quickly. Best of luck.
