Hemorrhoids??: You may have hemorrhoids or swelling of the anal tissue. Is the diarrhea chronic? This may be irritating the tissue and causing swelling. Hard to say for sure without an exam. See your doctor if needed ot if the diarrhea does not resolve soon.
