Nosebleeds: Are you sure the blood isn't coming from your nose. Nosebleeds can definitely occur insidiously at night. I would encourage you to take a look with a mirror in your nose and mouth(though it's unlikely from your mouth as you would often see saliva too). Also have someone take a good look around your scalp to make sure there isn't a "hidden" lesion bleeding intermittently either.
