It is not good!: Meth is basically an upper and cannabis mellows one out. They both may produce paranoia and are both addictive and have moderate to marked damage to the lungs.

Very dangerous: Smoking meth/ice/crystal meth can cause devastating medical problems. I have seen patients who use these drugs and it has significantly and sometimes permanently damaged their lives. It can cause heart problems, seizures, psychosis, high blood pressure, not to mention the significant mood swings, appetite and sleep problems. Weed is safer than meth, but even that can cause cognitive problems.
