No good answer: She's got a big problem and it's going to take a firm hand from people who care. Withdrawal from stimulants doesn't typically cause cramps and the like. It's usually a matter of dealing with craving and for a while a strong need to sleep. Once used chronically there are permanent brain changes that make the urge to use persist. Stay away from users and losers or fail!
