7th Cranial Nerve: First of all are you using ear buds or headphones? Second: The issue may be related to synkinesis of the 7th cranial nerve on the right. (Your stapedius muscle or auricular muscle contracts when you activate your orbicularis muscles to blink! (all are innervated by branches of the 7th Cranial nerve).
