Labyrinthitis: First get a second opinion from an ENT experienced in vestibular disorders. Second, you don't mention how you were treated. Were you put on antibiotic, antiviral or steroids? Do you have an anxiety disorder that may be mistaken for or contributing to the vertigo? You may need vestibular rehab if dx is confirmed and persistent.
