Hot inside or out?: Fever is different from surface heat. Is the antibiotic for a bacterial infection that had fever as a symptom? If not, it's useless. But discuss it w/ Dr - don't just stop. Same w/ the SSRI. Anytime you get a medication make sure you understand what to look for - good and bad. What to do and not to do. The more you know, the better it works. Ask. Even if Dr is busy, it's part of your Tx.
