Little or no risk: You are at little if any STD risk. Even with the head of the penis in the mouth, oral sex is generally safe, with low risk for all STDs and zero for some, much safer than unprotected vaginal or anal sex. There could in theory be a small risk of herpes or HPV from this exposure, but it would be extremely low. Any symptoms would be oral only; STDs don't travel through the body to unexposed sites.
