Check with your doct: I assume you were saying that you have two small cysts in the liver but those usually don't cause pain. Difficult question to answer in this format. I would definitely see your doctor and see if he/she has any other ideas or treatment options to get to the bottom of your pain. You may need a colonoscopy.
