Head/back pain: Could be related to reflux ( even the back pain), Check for H pylori gastritis. .Advil/ibuprophen will exacerbate gastritis pain. Consider omeprazole, antacids. Other causes may be mycoplasma infection( can have a mild sinusitis causing lightheadedness and head/back pain), UTI, constipation, and musculoskeletal/back/head pain. F/U with doctor/urgent care
