Ive noticed when i sneeze i get a sudden sharp pain in my right side. after sex today i got the same pain but it didnt go away. sharp pain like knives in my pelvis and right side. and nausea. an hour later it subsided. what is this?

It could be a muscle strain in your lower abdomen/pelvic area, but your history would lead to some concern for an ovarian problem or even an ectopic pregnancy or infection (if you are sexually active). I recommend a Gyn exam & some lab work to be sure (pregnancy test, pelvic exam, STI testing, possibly ultrasound & blood count & urinalysis)
