Not really: As of 29 October 2014 there have been no Ebola cases reported in Egypt per the World Health Organization. There are currently no cases in Nigeria (had been 20 cases wi 8 deaths) See: http://apps.who.int/iris/bitstream/10665/137376/1/roadmapsitrep_29Oct2014_eng.pdf ** There have been a total of 14,703 reported cases of Ebola that were suspected or confirmed as of today.
