If you have : Not traveled to endemic area (ie West Africa) your odds of having Ebola are nil.

A/W Dr. Colegrove: Ebola has been found in West African Countries of Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and Senegal. The one case that was just identified in Texas was in a man who had traveled from Liberia. Transmission is from someone who has signs of infection via contact with blood or bodily fluids or through contact with contaminated objects. You don't have ebola: The first symptom is fever with rapid onset of headache, generalized pain and hemorrhage from many orifices. Have you recently been to West Africa? If not, you currently have nothing to fear. And by two weeks, you would have suffered full blown disease rather than the minor symptoms you describe.
