Protein not related: It's highly unlikely that the amount of protein you are taking in is making you fatigued. CDC says you should get about 52 Grams for your age (weight is important though). http://www.cdc.gov/nutrition/everyone/basics/protein.html There are a lot of other things which could be causing your fatigue: are you getting 7-9 hrs/night sleep? Are you overly stressed? Are you getting a cold? Look into that.
