Atrial fibrillation: The only arrhythmia that I am confident about is atrial fibrillation (Afib). Afib can also be seen in left atrial enlargement (LAE), & can lead to strokes or embolic complications if left untreated. That being said, not all people with RAE develop Afib, and the rate of conversion may increase as u get older. TTYD / Cardiologist about Holter monitors & other means of diagnosis. Best of luck.

Atrial Fibrillation: Although it is associated with left atrial enlargement, atrial fibrillation can be caused by both left and right atria being enlarged. Symptoms are varied, such as fatigue, rapid heart beat, palpitations, etc.. If you suspect that you might have this please see a doctor right away for an EKG. It is important to treat atrial fibrillation immediately as it can cause strokes and even death.
